The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Artist's Description
On that early July morning, I was doing a quick small Cessna flight toward the Landmanalauggar Iceland Area to get some aerial view. The weather did degrade fast and we had to turn back to Bakki airport as the small plane was literally making jumps/drops in the air. I turn back and through the little opening window, I saw that dramatic view with the clouds. B&W with dark processing came quickly as a need on that one
